An attendant console application for Windows-based PCs.  It is recommended as a back-up for administrative staff who perform other PC-related duties and allows the attendant to switch quickly between attendant functions and PC functions through a single button.  Includes a Mitel PC TALK TO card, a Superset 400 series handset and cradle, Superset 7000 application software, and self-adhesive keyboard decals.

Features include:

• Full PC display which shows the time and date and call status information
• Displays call source/destination, calls waiting to be answered and on hold
